Maxim has a list of the 25 lamest Superheroes. Here it is (with reasons):
25. She-Ra 24. Daredevil 23. Captain Marvel 22. The Flash 21. Invisible Woman 20. Moon Knight 19. Puck 18. Hourman 17. Man-Thing 16. Black Lightning 15. Wonder Woman 14. She-Hulk 13. Firestorm 12. Thor 11. Green Arrow 10. Superman 9. Captain Planet 8. Apache Chief 7. Dr. Henry Pym 6. Banshee 5. Dazzler 4. Matter-Eater Lad 3. Doctor Strange 2. Aquaman 1. Robin
So, who would go on your list of most lamest superheroes? I would add Arm-FallOff Lad and Stone Boy.

What reasons? Ain't nothing there I can see.
Huh?
Double huh?
Triple huh?
I'm running out of 'Huh''s here
I've rarely come across a list I disagree with more. I think you need to define terms for 'lame' here.
Which one?

This list is crap, it's probably why I've never heard of Maxim, even lame heroes can be written well (and vice versa). See the revamp of the Subs in LSH Volume 4, where they were portrayed as formidable fighters (even Chlorophyll Kid and Stone Boy)
My lame list would include:
The Red Bee (trained bee's for heaven's sake) Risk(from Jurgen's Titans) Mal Duncan (stereotype from Teen Titans) Red Tornado (Ma Hunkel)
But even these characters were written with some sort od sincerity.
The really lame 'Heroes' included any unimaginative, stupid, unnecessarily violent 'anti-hero from the 90s with a generic name like Killstryke or Bloodflay etc. etc. You know the types head to toe in chrome ridiculously sized muscles (or breasts) and lots of guns.

They didn't even occur to me to include, on the grounds I never thought of them as 'heroes' even for a moment.
