Arent they forgetting something? (DD trades)

I'm really in favor of Marvel's continued collection of storylines from vol. 2 of Daredevil... but it isn't complete. Are there any plans to put the 'Playing to the Camera' storyarc in TBP form? I can't recall issue numbers, but this was Bob Gale's brief run, just before Bendis took over. Also... has 'Out' been collected yet? If it hasn't (which I'm pretty sure of), anybody know when it's slated?

Not offhand, but it's listed on the Marvel website. Go to Marvel.com and look it up in either the Daredevil or Graphic Novel sections. If a release date has been set, it'll appear above the cover image on the product page.

Compare it to the Ultimate Daredevil/Elektra page. That one has no release date yet, but if it has everything else (ISBN, etc.) then maybe 'Out' is not out yet either. You can check Diamond order forms for the last few months to see when it was solicited, too. Or check their shipping lists to see if it's been shipped out yet.
