According to the annual report:

He was paid $325,000 in 2001, no bonus, and got 145,000 in 'Long-term compensation/Securities Undelying Options'

He has 75,000 stock options at $2.50 and 70,000 at $3.27

The annual report also lists pending litigation with Joe Simon, a lawsuit filed by 20th Century Fox over X-Men movie rights(mostly dismissed), and a lawsuit between ToyBiz and Coleman Company/

does he get a bonus for each retailer he puts out of business or pisses off?
