In all the comics I've read in which Black Bolt makes an appearance, the destructive nature/power of Black Bolt's voice is always mentioned. Has the power of his voice (reportedly being capable of leveling mountains) ever been depicted in a comic? Also, has he ever spoken in a comic?

He definitely spoke (albeit a soft 'stop', and in the moon's atmosphere, not earth's) in an early episode of Silver Surfer vol 3 (#60 I think). The single hushed word was enough to knock the Surfer, and his opponent Midnight Sun, off their feet. Pretty impressive I'd say.

Yes. One word at a time though. I'm glad you asked this question and, of course, I'm looking forward to the replies, but I do remember Black Bolt ending a huge fight between - who? - the Inhumans and someone with a single whisper. Now THAT'S stopping power.

Okay, where're the troops with the titles and issue numbers?
