Black Sun from Project Pegasus?

Hey guys, does anyone remember the character called Black Sun? He appeared in a few issues of Marvel Two In One back in the late seventies. I think it was issues 21, 53 and possibly 54. Does anyone have any sort of inkling about what his powers were? All I remember is reading issue 53 (I think) where they showed him regaining his powers after subjecting himself to some sort of energy porjection device in Project Pegasus. Does anyone know if he had darkforce powers or maybe some sort of Kirby like black energy powers?

Black Sun became the Nth Man in later issues of MTIO, then reappeared in the two Squadron Supreme one-shots where he became Sorcerer Supreme of the Squadron's universe and changed his name to Mysterium.
