To go further afield from the more well-known and hopefully bankable actors how about B-movie muscle actor Frank Zagarino? Not sure how old he is now, must be 40+.

Or ridiculously handsome bodybuilder/model/Battledome combatant Michael O'Hearn? Have no idea how well he can act but he'd look marvelous in a snug Cap outfit.

That's sort of a problem I have in doing these casting calls, unless the artists themselves base the look of the characters on known actors I sometimes have a hard time envisioning a known actor coming close to the image of the character that I have ingrained in my head.
