I know it's not out in the US (although it has been in Oz for weeks which is unusual) I thought someone might know where the Easter Egg is?

And those who are planning to buy it for the Coolio subplot... don't

It's reached the UK, though we didn't get the deleted scenes with Coolio. Anyway, the easter egg, which is a gag reel, is found as follows:

On disc 2, go to 'The Film,' then select 'Beyond Hell's Kitchen: The Making of Daredevil.' Highlight 'Enhanced Viewing Mode' and press left. An image of two crossed sai will appear. Hit enter.
