Essential FF vol 4 - WHEN??

Has anyone heard any word or rumors as to when we can expect this? Or am I hoping in vain?

The only answer I have for you is 'not soon enough.' I've heard nothing about future Essentials, apart from the 'Essential Human Torch' (which was solicited) and the 'Essential Tomb of Dracula' (rumoured to come back from the dead in time for Hallowe'en.)

If enough people buy Essential Human Torch, it might send a message that people want the line of books sustained. Of course the question is whether Quemas will give READERS what they want or just what Quemas wants them to want.

My best guess would be the 12th of Never.

I know that *I* want to be able to get all of the Lee/Kirby FF issues in ESSENTIAL format, and I'd love to see the post-Kirby Buscema issues, as well. Hopefully, I'm not the only one who feels this way.

My friends and I did, and I was born in 1977. (Some of my friends in this conversation were younger.) There was a Justice League cartoon on the air in the mid-1980s that had them too, so they might not have been sourcing the comics.

I really liked the exposure of Xander's inner comic geek this season, too.
