Essential Spider-Man and other TPBs - UK Source?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a UK dealer who has Vols 1-5 of Essential Spider-Man in stock. None of the online sites I've tried, that list availability seem to have it in stock, and I'm impatient. I don't wanna order from a site that doesn't have stock details online, as I'll prolly end up waiting months.

While we're at it, recommendations on other cool, Spider-Man TPBs would be appreciated (along with sources?).

BTW, why are they called TPBs (I know it's Trade PaperBacks, but why 'Trade'? Kinda implies there not for the public to me.

Bookstores distinguish between mass market paperbacks (the little ones, what many people think of as standard paperback size) and trade paperbacks (which are larger at a higher price). Comic collections fall into the latter category, although many people in comics consider TPB to mean any type of collection (which is why you sometimes see someone talking about a hardcover TP.

Forbidden Planet in Manchester city centre still has some of the essential spiderman TPBs in - I cant remember which ones - I dont like them so dont pay much attention You could also keep an eye on ebay, they're bound to pop up on there at some point.
