Galactus is probably my favorite character and i am just curious, when will we see him again? Is he still alive, has he be chnaged into a ball of energy, doomed to wander the galaxy? Any information would be helpful
Thanks

Turned into a star by Reed Richards. The Shi'ar homeworld is now in a binary star system.

Speaking of Galactus, I was reading Paradise X#1 the other day and noticed a scene where he was battling the Celestials. Is he that powerful? I thought the Celestials were the be all and end all of the Marvel Universe (well, except for Infinity Gauntlet type scenarios).

Well... yes and no. The power levels of things in the Marvel Universe vary, but I think that in general he is supposed to be that powerful.

...and brought back by the uber-powers of Franklin Richards when he and Valeria von Doom 'wished upon a star' in FF#49. He was brought back to help defeat Abraxas, who was trying to destroy the Multiverses. As a result, Franklin is powerless, Valeria von Doom disappeared and became baby Valeria Richards. The whereabouts of Galactus, is open to speculation. He has not made a return to the pages of the FF, or any in continuity story since. Galactus turned up in a couple of panels of Starlin's Marvel Universe: The End, though, in #4 and #5.

Galactus is dead, unless Starlin retconned this in The End.

Hardly. Galactus can't even defeat Agamotto on his home planet, how can he hope to defeat a celestial?

Considering the way the mini-series ended, he was bound to return... and did. Considering the way FF #49 ended, he is bound to return.

Galactus fought Agamotto in Infinity War. And the only real reason I can think of for making Agamotto and Galactus unable to harm one another was simply to show the importance of magic in a comic book setting. And like you said, Galactus fought Agamotto in his mystical home. A fully juiced Galactus would've made quick work of Agamotto.
There aren't too many characters that are near Galactus' power level. Galactus has ressurected the dead, traveled through time unaided, displayed that he's telepathic, rearranged matter on at least a planetary scale (probably more than this since his heralds possess energy manipulative powers that allow them to perform feats on a planetary scale), teleported over intergalactic distances, and a host of other feats that Agamotto cannot do.
You don't think a juiced up Galactus can beat a Celestial? I always got the impression that they were peers (I mean, for one, they look very similar). And then Earth X came out and showed that he's a sort of a cosmic countermeasure for the Celestials. And then to add to this is the fact that there are many Celestials

I think the idea that the Celestials were super-tough originated in the Eternals and in Thor, because no-one ever beat them. But it's worth remembering that Odin, wearing the Destroyer armour, took on ten of them at once. Now he got melted into a puddle of metal, it has to be said, by a blast from all ten of the host. But he looked like perhaps he might have been able to handle at least one of them on their own. He certainly choppped a limb or too off before they took him down.
And Odin had a hard time pasting Thanos IIRC.

Big G is no more than a very, very old alien who lucked up and lived past the pervious cycle of a cyclical universe. He starves to death (almost) fairly easily.
And then there is the mortal Thanos and Owen Reece...
