I have a question. Did Oscorp actually create the evil looking goblin mask for use by the US government, or was the mask something Osborn added to the armour after he turned evil? It seems pretty intigrated into the suit, but I can't imagine US soldiers running around in Goblin masks in the Middle

Sounds like a sports team. I got the impression that it was Osborn's mask. They showed him having a collection.

It's unlikely that it came, directly, at least, from his collection. I doubt that his collection would have included a mask that had a drop-down protector in the eye pieces and the mouth opening.

Pssst... it was actually made from the mask used in one of Sam Raimi's other films... the face came from the winged 'deadite' who kidnaps Sheila in Army of Darkness

According to an interview with Laura Ziskin ( a producer on the movie) : 'We tried to go to a real place with this film, and if you watch it carefully , you'll understand where the goblins costume comes from-it IS in there. In both the costume and the mask, you can make the leap,but we never explain it. '
Well i assume he had some sort of fascination with masks and either took one from the wall or designed a special one.
