Ah, so they're throwing out the old script, and bringing in a new one.
Does anyone know if Mark Waid has written any movie scripts, or if he's even interested in doing so? I assume he's got some ideas left for the title that he won't get to use, and we know he knows the characters well enough to write a movie version. After all, what complaints have we seen here about his run? 1) The (mild?) profanities: this could be wiped out just by going for a PG rating. 2) The immature behaviour of Johnny Storm: the movie would likely start with the origin story, so writing Johnny as he was before decades of development wouldn't be a problem.
