Of all of the books you reviewed this week, I only actually read two of them: BEWARE THE CREEPER and GREEN LANTERN.
On the former, I haven't got much to say. To an extent, I agree with you when you say that there wasn't enough Creeper. For a first issue, however, I'm willing to be somewhat forgiving, especially when we're talking about a brand new character (this *is* a brand new character, right?), and especially when we're talking about a mini-series. With an ongoing series, it isn't terribly important that you get all of the character development accomplished right up front, because, in theory, you have an unlimited amount of time to get to it. But a mini-series of this type has to stand alone, so it has to be fully fleshed out from the get-go, and since none of these are established characters (except for Ernest Hemmingway

), it can't be assumed that the reader knows anything about any of them
