How would I get a signed copy of DD: Underboss or some DD covers

Hail, Long shot, but - how can I get a copy of Underboss signed? I haven't bought the TPB yet, but is there any way I can get it from Bendis? I would pay extra for the signed copy. There is a BMB message-board but no 'online shop' that I know of. I would go to a conference but the only reason he would have for coming to where I live would be if he was on the run from the law and wanted to lose himself in a tiny, semi-civilised backwater.

Same thing for some of the DD covers by Mack. These were beautiful (?DDvol 1, 12 - 16).
