Still it's fun to cut loose and just smash stuff.

The boss battles are made more difficult by the old cheap-o tactic of the health meter kicking up after you've beaten them once, the amount of lackies piling onscreen to kill gets rediculous and stifling causing you to run from them a lot... there is only one move the Hulk can make to kill off a foot soldier with one move (if the Hulk punched you in the head three times with a combo, how could you possibly stand up to it? Somehow the soldiers still do - and that's nothing compared to the Gamma Soldiers you have to deal with about seven levels into it)...

The game is interupted several times with painfully stupid, boring, stealth missions which are easy to get through at least... but it doesn't keep those levels from detracting from the smash experience.

Rent it, you'll blow through a bunch of the game in the week you have it and be happy that the experience only ran you $6 instead of $50.

The game is pretty good. It offers strategy as well as the 'Hulk Smash' kind of gameplay. I was happy with the story as well as the action. However it is definitely a rental. I did all you can do with it in about 14 hours. Take the remaining $44 and buy some Hulk comics....
