Humanizing Batman, Feels Slightly Strange

I know I’m a little slow but as you know it has been a full weekend and this whole week was very busy so I just got the time to sit with Batman 678 today and I must tell you it felt strange.

The conversation of Batman with his psyche was all too human, it was as if I felt sorry for a friend or someone that I knew only on other levels. First I thought that I was a little too sensitive but found others that felt the same way especially Chad from GraphicContent.

I guess there must be something happening in Morrison’s lives and this found his way to the comics but in any case the story is good, slightly deeper than usual and I couldn’t decide if I liked this new direction or is it forcing me to cope with the all too human aspects of realities when all I wanted was some time off.

I guess life enters even the made up world of the superheroes.
