I'd suggest not. In Thor #300 Odin, after absorbing all life force of all of the Asgardians and then putting on the Destroyer armor and arming himself with the Odin sword, was defeated in fairly short order by a small group Celestials.

I thought it was during the era when Ron Marz or Ron Frenz was writing/drawing. He was on some other planet and I'm pretty sure he beat the Celestial. Then again, I could be misremembering.

I believe it was during the Frenz/Defalco 'let's ape Lee/Kirby' era. Thor was unable to have any significant affect on the Celestial, but that didn't stop the script from being full of overly redundant superlatives describing Thor's efforts.
