It would be nice if Black Cat showed up in part 2 and then MJ would get jealous of her. Too bad it is Doc Octopus as the villian. I'd rather have Electro because the big screen shows off lightning well. He could blacken out NY or the whole NE perhaps and Spidey would perhaps marry MJ and they could use Electro as a power source to light the wedding! They might have to make him a little smarter than he was in the comics but still a good choice.... Here are his stats:
Known Powers: Electrical Generation: Electro has the ability to generate and channel huge amounts of electrical and electrostatic energy, with Am ability. He uses these abilities in a number of ways, including: -Electro-Bolts: In energy, 5 areas, and +1CS to hit. -Electrical Shock (on touch): Mn damage, knocking out his opponent for 1-10 rounds unless the opponent makes an Endurance FEAT against Mn intensity. Electro must successfully grapple his opponent before he may use this ability. -Ride lines of Electro-Magnetic potential (areas where there is electricity coursing nearby, like powerlines and wiring within buildings): Mn ground speed. -Electro can override electrical systems with Am ability and shut down computers or electrically powered robots. Robots with an Endurance stat may make an Endurance FEAT to avoid this reprogramming.

But actually another almost better villian would be Venom or Carnage but perhaps they are saving them for the 3rd one ? Yes probably.
But wait ! Kraven should be in part 2 ! Oh Kraven would be really really nice and deadly. Some websites leave Kraven off the villians list. Those sites must be made by fresh new Spidey fans ? LOL
