There was a time when the Grizzly and Gibbon, the boy monkey teamed up to fight crime, and got capture by the White Rabbit. It also featured the Bombastic Bag Man ( Peter Parker in disguise). It was very funny and written by J.M. Dematteis with art by Luke Ross.

This is not the same Grizzly. The original Grizzly was a Spider-Man villain from between #134-139 (memory fuzzy here). The Grizzly in CABLE and X-FORCE was killed somewhere, wasn't he?
