I'm curious about the legality of this item. The advertising copy actually says 'loosely based on the likeness of popular film star Samuel L. Jackson', so does that mean that they had to get his permission? If they didn't, couldn't he pursue legal action? I mean they've even admitted in print that the bust is based on him, and I think anyone looking at it can clearly see it's more than 'loosely' based on him. Hell, take away the eyepatch and scars around his eye and it's a Shaft bust (albeit Shaft inexplicably wearing a giant belt buckle that says SHIELD on it).

It does seem rather surprising that they would openly admit he's Samuel L Jackson.

(For what it's worth, I don't remember the likeness being so striking when he debuted in Ultimate X-Men - it only leaps out at me in the Bryan Hitch issues.)
