I'm currently buying the monthly issues of the series listed below, when's a good/safe jumping off point so I can switch to trade paperbacks? I know no one knows for sure but any educated guesses would be appreciated:
Incredible Hulk- Issue #50 seemed like the start of a new trade, yes? New X-Men- 'Riot at Xavier's' will be collected, so after is probably a safe place to 'jump off' Avengers- the upcoming 'Red Zone' seems ripe for collecting but what about after that? Think Johns warrants continued tpb treatment throughout his run? Uncanny X-Men- when's a good time to jump off this? after #425? Ultimate X-Men- after 'Return of the King' concludes obviously, especially since Bendis will write the next arc and that'll surely be collected. Ultimate Spidey- After the curent Venom arc I suppose The Ultimates- when's this current story conclude? Issue 10? Wolverine- I won't read this now but I figure they'll probably collect each issue once the Rucka relaunch begins, right? Daredevil- Seems to be mostly collected these days, will Issue #50 be the last issue in the 'Outed Identity' arc before Mack fills in for his 4 part Echo storyline? Alias- Seems like an unlikely candidate for continued trades but then I never thought it would be collected in two tpbs to begin with.
I wish there were a comprehensive tpb website. Thanks for any help/insight.

Another trade on the way fairly soon too. I'd imagine so long as they sell reasonably well they'll keep collecting the series, same as everything else.

Riot at Xaviers has already been solicitied. You can probably count on the entirety of Morrison's X-Men run being collected in tpb collections.
In addition to the softcovers, there was a hardcover collecting the entire first year run of the series. Haven't heard if there are plans for a 'year two' but, given the success of the series, it wouldn't surprise me.

Issues 423 and 424 are in a two-part storyline, so I don't know which trade they'll be attached to. 423 is a 25-cent issue, so it wouldn't cost much extra to play it safe and pick both up.

Yes. I think #49 concluded a few things Bruce Jones had introduced since he started on the title.
Morrison's run will be collected in TPBs.
His run won't last much longer past Red Zone; he's off the book and off to DC exclusively with #75 or so. But I'd think Red Zone will be collected.
I think 423 (the 25 cent ish) starts a new storyline; not sure when that ends, though...
These 2 will always be collected; there are, like, 5 TPBs for each so far I think.
Beats me. I don't even know if #10's been solicited; and with its regular delays I'd hope it hasn't been solicited...
One would surely hope so.
Yes. Mack's on with #51-54 (or 55, I forget if that's been clearly stated) and then Bendis returns right after that.
Two TPBs and a hardcover (though the first TPB collects most, if not all, of what was in the hardcover). I believe a 3rd has been solicited and is on the way.
You'd think Marvel would want to keep up with this kinda stuff, wouldn't you? ;p

Uncanny Xmen - right before the anime guy took over the pencils. And gave Northstar THE worst EVER outfit.

Nope, no plans for any further hardcovers.
