I find it interesting how in a Superhero movie, the producers or writer will have our hero kill without a second thought, but in the comics it's just not done. And if it is done, then the story arc will revolve around that desicion for monthes. THEN a new writer will come on board and say it never happened.

Examples:

Batman 2: You cant tell me Batman didnt kill those crooks in the throwaway fight scene at the beginning of the movie,.He bombed them. And if they didn't die, they certainly could have.

Daredevil: He kills a rapist. The STATE hasn't killed a rapist in forever, but Daredevil does. Then he kills Bullseye, and only a couple of minutes later decides he won't kill Kingpin until the sequel.

Actually he never killed Bullseye. You must not have stayed through the end credits of the movie. You missed the final scene in the movie.

You know...i saw on imdb there was a scene during the credits...could you elaborate for me?

And the intent to kill was certainly there then.

Bullseye is seen in the hospital in traction and a full body cast, being annoyed by a fly. He manages to grasp a syringe and throws it, pinning the fly to the wall.

The injuries he sustained are actually consistent with the comics, where he did have his back and most of his other bones broken.

Bullseye lived. He's in a full body cast, but still able to kill an annoying insect from the other side of the hospital room.

It's not? Eh... you should probably read more comics then. There are a multitude of examples of heroes killing in the books.

I'm not sure, but I don't think DD *killed* Jose Quesada (ha, ha!), he just allowed him to get run over by the train, resulting in his death....Also, Did Bullseye die? I could swear he was still moving around on the hood of that police car....of course, maybe he was just twitchin'!

The funny part to that was how he grimaced, and then, obviously in pain, manages to say 'bullseye'. :O)

Several examples off the top of my head... In BATMAN (1966), after The Penguin re-hydrates several de-hydrated pirates with heavy water, a brief battle with Batman & Robin causes them (the pirates) to explode on contact. In BATMAN (1989), The Batman sends the Batmobile into the Joker's factory, it deposits a bomb which destroys the building and, (at least) a number of henchmen who were shown in there firing at the Batmobile at close range. In BATMAN RETURNS, The Batman fries a fire-breather with the Batmobile's exhaust. In THE SHADOW, The Shadow shoots a couple of Khan's henchmen, mind-controls another into hurling himself to his death. In THE ADVENTURES OF CAPTAIN MARVEL, Captain Marvel machine-guns several Arabs, throws a crook off a building, hits another in the head with a car's engine. And, while the body count was pretty high in BLADE and BLADE II, they were all dead (or undead) to begin with, so they don't count.
