Imprisoned by the Chinese military, last I recall (during the X-Force Annual wherein his team 3-Peace were betrayed by Reignfire)

Back with the X-Men in recent issues of Uncanny.

Off studying in college.

Last I recall it was a member of Heavy Metal, an all-android/robot team that the Avengers once fought.

Joined the Thunderbolts and renamed Skein.

Appeared in recent issues of Uncanny. Was with Banshee's X-Corps shortly before.

Destroyed in one of those Cloak and Dagger miniseries/ongoings...

Isn't he DC? Or is there a Marvel version?

In Black Panther last year, I think.

If memory serves, the Marvel version was a snake-based villain... she was part of the Serpent Society from Mark Gruenwald's Captain America run. She was even one of the speedsters that got invited to the Runner's big cosmic race over in Quasar, and got smoked by Makari and *ahem* Barry Allen.

last appeared with the rest of the serpent society in cap vol.1 #434-436

last appearance i recall was back in avengers west coast 76-79

last i rememeber was he reformed,and worked for tony stark for a while last in spectacular spider-man 208-210,and annual 13

have no clue on this one as someone has mentioned she's back with the x-men now probably returned to subterrania after iron man annual 12

sin was seen in cap #394,along with other people such as the power broker and a scourge

last appeared in the cap/nomad crossover in nomad 18 & 19 and cap 421,not sure what happened to him

was sent after spider-man,by doctor doom during acts of vengeance.was blown into pieces

haven't been seen to my knowledge since their initial daredevil appearances during ann nocenti's run

No. It was Burried Alien (IIRC) that smoked her. Barry Allen hasn't appeared in a Marvel comic. 8)
