It certainly doesn't hurt that Green Arrow over at DC has been successful (hasn't it? I don't follow the numbers.) I like Niceiza and I've been a big fan of his work for years (would love to have seen Turok continue.) His Thunderbolts was a great deal of fun and I was terribly sad to seem him leave the title. Anyway, Hawkeye has always been a favorite and it surprised me that no one could ever write his solo adventures...sounds like he has a good idea going. Just tossing in the smaller scale stories and comparing them to Elmore Leonard has my interest! Despite my enthusiasm for this series, I'm not interested in the characters of Deadpool and Cable. Soooooo, I'd be hard pressed to pick up that series.

C'mon Fabian, I'm begging ya, give me a T-Bolts fix! I picked up a single issue of Marvel: The End just cos the T-Bolts were on one page!!!

You know, despite everything....just give it a few years and I bet you will see a relaunch of the original team. As long as no one wants to do the Ultimate T-Bolts. Bah.

I could have sworn Louise Simonson co-created Cable with Liefeld. I certainly don't recall Nicieza being around at that time in Marvel.

Was Nicieza never at Marvel? It seems like, as far as I can remember, he has had a Marvel project going. BTW, I was just rereading some old comics and came arcoss a super great series by Nicieza and Steve Rude (Lifelines...for those who are interested)....now Nicieza can really write Spidey! He was everything that made the character interesting to me years ago. I actually own a piece of art from the series...man, now why doesn't Rude have more work going on at DC and Marvel? He is the greatest!

I'm pretty sure he was around at Marvel in those days, but he wasn't involved in the X-books at that point.
