It looked like Mark Buckingham to me too. But I'm not positive.

Looks too modernized to be Steve Rude. I'm not sure who it is, but I don't think it's the Dude.

Ha! It is Mark Buckingham! Specifically, the image comes from 'Peter Parker: Spider-Man' #33 (the much beloved Mets game issue), page 17, panel 4.
