Just a simple thanks for two great books. The art on both books lived up to my high expectations. Carlos and Gary continue to impress me. It's no wonder they're two of my favourite artists. The stories were pleasant surprises. Kurt provided a nice tale of contemporary fantasy, and JMS truly made me smile. I couldn't help but laugh when I read the first 5 pages of Supreme Power, but the remainder of the book hints at great things. Thanks for giving me a nice twist on old things.

Once again, thanks to Carlos Pacheco, Gary Frank, John Michael Straczynski and Kurt Busiek. The best 6 bucks I've spent in a while.

I agree. Lots of times I feel kind of cheated in paying $3 or $4 for a comic but after reading both of these I felt very satisfied. Almost like I'd ate a nice juicy steak.

Being an Alan Scott fan is alot like being a pagan in america...you know others exist but you never see them on tv.

For those who may not have read it yet:

S P O I L E R S P A C E

I believe so, though he's apparently going to be called 'Blur' because 'Whizzer' has such a snicker factor.

He also seems to have changed race, but that's not a big deal

Well what would've been great is to call himself 'Whizzer' while wearing a flesh colored suit with a pointed flesh colored hat with a yellow plume.

How's that?

Whitman, the third Black Knight, it was thru scientific (or as scientific as Marvel got in the 60s) method.

Nathan Garrett, the second (and evil) Black Knight, who also fought Iron Man, and later The Avengers as one of the founding Masters of Evil, is predated both in terms of Marvel Universe history and Marvel Comics publication by the medieval (and heroic) Black Knight who was published in the 1950s.

I love KB when he does his own stuff like Astro or Arrow, I just can't get into his work when he comes under the big houses.

JLA/Avengers - Did not like it, I know I'm alone.

Trinity - WTF is going on?????
