Just a quick question, is New X-Men just X-Men with a different title? What I mean is, did they change the title but keep the numbering or did this book replace X-Men?

No - I agree with the poster who suggested that Captain Universe get his/its own MK or MAX title, with a different host every couple of issues. I'd buy it.
I love the way you describe this. It explains perfectly why I can't buy into the title. I have been checking out the issues in the store, but always put them back.
