He was (is?) a member of the Starmasters, so may be righting wrongs elsewhere in the galaxy.

Actually, most recently he helped out in Omega Flight, and was fighting the wrecking crew, who had been empowered by the Great Beasts of the North AND their Surtur demon allies.
TO lure the Demons back to their home dimension, Bill flew through a Portal with them following him, and Talisman closed it behind him.
Last we saw him he was still battling the great beasts in their dimension.
